What this website collects

This website does not have a form that stores your details, does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use analytics tools.

The quote builder creates a message in your browser. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with the message filled in. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send it from there.

Our website host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and secure the site.

Information you send us

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive what you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, the job location, plans and photos of your space. We use it only to:

• answer your enquiry and prepare a quote;
• plan, make and install your order;
• keep the records the law requires, such as invoices.

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We may share the details of your order with suppliers where needed to complete it, such as the supplier of your stone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to deal with them, and order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email stonemagicsa@gmail.com and we will respond.

If you are not happy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

Messages sent through WhatsApp or your email provider are also handled under those services' own privacy policies.
